Can you please send the monthly bill as pdf attached to email you send.

(like everyone else does already)

save me having to go to open web, go to web site, login, navigate to billing, find invoice, download.

What a waste of time, when your system can do all that for me.

This is a feature we have had for a long time, I myself have been receiving bills with pdf attached for a number of years, all you need to do is update your billing preferences.
