Can anyone advise if there is an "area" in my Account pages that I can make notes regarding calls etc I have made to Telstra for assistance? If not then maybe it could be considered.

There isn't anywhere in MyAccount to leave notes that I have any awareness of, however if you wanted to elaborate in what way you mean then it may help the staff feed it back to the support team better.
Do you mean like feedback notes? or just notes on waht was discussed? The more you are able to provide on what you were wanting the feature to be able to do the better it would allow the dev team to be able to see if it is firstly possible and secondly viable then be able to take it from there.
This is a problem that alot of Telstra customers have but don't ask about or seek a solution. You can do it manually using a word pad type app or the note book associated with your calender app on your phone . Not the best solution but at lest it may help.
