It would be great to see a page similar to the "Device Updates" page at https://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au/t5/Device-Updates/bd-p/Device_Updates for other hardware such as Telstra branded modems, routers, smart home gear, Telstra TV's etc.

Makes sense to me
Thanks for your idea @Shannongob I have approached our Community Manager @DanK about this idea, and it is currently being reviewed. I will update you when I have further information. Keep the ideas coming!
Good idea i would like to see this happening for Mobile Broadband Modems too.
Even better if they have ModeSwitch Id's for each modem (lots of us are using them on linux).
I wonder if there is an update on this? I believe new firmware for various Telstra Gateways is currently being deployed. It would be great to see a change log (wishful thinking but only because I like trawling thorough them, and before anyone flames me, I get there is no real need though) but more importantly what devices should receive the updated firmware and version control.
Mobile broadband dongles have been added to the tool. At this stage fixed broadband hardware is not able to be added to the tool, however it may be something we can do at a later date.
Hi Telstra team,
I know my idea is listed under “Not now” however, I think Whirlpool (aka Whingepool) highlights the need for it. A lot of users are chatting about firmware.
It would also be great if there was the ability to specifically request firmware updates to be pushed... keeping it simple, latest is always pushed but a pick your own firmware type of thing.
There is a lot of discussion about Telstra supplied gear... which is good as it means more and more customers are using the gear.
