It would be nice if Telstra could check the contents of any On Line Chat sessions relating to orders BEFORE processing and dispatching the order.
I recently had an On Line Order that was CANCELLED ON 3 OCCASIONS and yet the goods were still dispatched and delivered - even though there is an open complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman regarding this issue
