It would be nice if Telstra could check the contents of any On Line Chat sessions relating to orders BEFORE processing and dispatching the order.

I recently had an On Line Order that was CANCELLED ON 3 OCCASIONS and yet the goods were still dispatched and delivered - even though there is an open complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman regarding this issue

Were you looking to have the order cancelled? If so, just call up and organise a hardware return. if not, best bet is call up Disconnections to have someone review the order 


The order was already cancelled BEFORE the goods were delivered.

I am still waiting for advice on how to return the UNOPENED package and get my refund - this is an ongoing TIO Complaint and I am NOT getting the information required

The complaints manager who is dealing with your TIO complaint will need to provide you with the information, otherwise the return may not be processed correctly. 


It is fine to say this, but I have emailed all details to the Complaints team 3 times now, and do not even get a response to indicate it has been received.  So much for "Customer Service".  I would have thought that it would be in Telstra's interest to resolve any TIO complaints so they do not accumulate fines from TIO for non-resolution
