I would love for this company to make the advancement that others have not, and allow customers to access their pre-paid plans/contracts on the 24x7 app. I was checking to see if I could skip the hassle of calling the #111# number to add data. This would improve user interface and most likely make a vast majority of customers (myself included) quite happy. Allowing us to actively, and quickly, top up our data, manage our bills (like with internet bundles already implemented) and keep track of due dates/data usage. I have plenty more ideas, feel free to get back to me.
