Send the Bill in the Bill e-mail so we don't have to log into some other system to see the bill or process payment. Why make it a multi step process when it doesn't need to be.

You can already request that by logging in to your account via and changing your billing preferences (or via the Profile tab in the 24/7 app on your phone).
It has been available as an option for many years.
