My Telstra bill arrived late last night - instead of a credit being added there was another charge.After being able to “speak” with a human online the matter was satisfactorily resolved and the amount to be paid to Telstra was reduced by nearly $400I ...

How about Fiona Hays or her robot mate check to see if an account that is in credit still exists before sending a bill advising that the account is in credit. Instead she should direct deposit the amount overcharged back into the bank account from wh ...

How about Fiona Hayes (or the robot acting on her behalf) check to see if folk have paid their bill before sending an email to letting us know that we have a bill to pay!

Here’s a suggestion. How about not sending an email to a recovery email address to let us know we have a bill when you have already sent the bill via email to our main bigpond email address. I get enough emails without having repeats for no reason.

This is very frustrating, especially if I try to enquire about them and they do not appear within the Telstra Billing System until AFTER the printed date!!
