Re: Call Forward on DOT what do??

Hi iplatz,

Give our business team a call on 132 000 and we'll be happy to help out with that.

Thanks, Tim

Re: Call Forward on DOT what do??

Hi iplatz

I'm a little late to the party but I found this link when searching for an answer to this question.

The customer service team can help with this as previously advised but there is an easier way.

This is assuming you are using Digital Office Technology (formally Digital Business) and you have one of the Digital Handsets such as the Cisco SPA504 or SPA525.

Call forward Always

  1. Lift handset wait for tone.
  2. Enter *72# followed by the number you wish to forward to. Eg. *72# 0400 000 000 then hang up
  3. Hang up
  4. To turn it off again. Lift handset, wait for tone. Enter *73# and hang up.

More options are available in theYoutube Video below.
