My understanding is that DOT always provides its voice services over VoIP based systems so it would be via the modem. So I suspect that the information they have said would be right, and you would need a separate UNI-V T-Voice service for the Uni-V voice connection... However the DOT support team or your local business centre would be likely the most knowledgeable on that one.
