Level 2: Rookie

No bill

Anyone else having the problem of not receiving a bill. This has been ongoing for ages.

My phone calls to telstra eventually fall on deaf ears and there is never any follow up. Last month was another guarantee (finally by an Aussie) it would be sorted. Turned out to be total bs as usual. All up I would have spent over a week on the phone and waiting for call back.
