Remote Voicemail Access for DOT

I have a Cisco handset at my warehouse which is connected to DOT.

When a call comes in and is not answered it will take a voicemail. I will then recieve a text advising me that a voicemail is waiting.

The instruction in the text is to call 125102 to retrieve the voicemail.

This used to work but now whenever I call 125102 I get a "this call connot be connected" message.

What am I doing wrong to be able to remotely retreive voicemails from my DOT connected service?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Remote Voicemail Access for DOT

Sounds like something may have dropped off in your DOT Settings.

Do you have access to your CommPilot ? This is where you can make changes to your settings even while you are off site  either on a smartphone, tablet or PC.

Otherwise you should give the DOT Tech team a call on 1800 425 159 to see if they can fix the issue and also resend you your login details for CommPilot access if you do not have it.  Smiley Happy
