I have a customer that has recently signed up for Telstra's Digital office technology. They initally signed up for 4 handsets , but have since had the need for another 2, the customer has purchased the addtional 2 handsets the same model as what telstra provided them (Cisco SPA525G) from an alternate source.
I have set them up on the network, they are getting the same networking information as the telstra supplied ones however they need to be provisioned on the telstra network.
I have since been trying to call telstra's DOT Technical Support line for the past few days.. (132000) "Digital Office Technology, Technical Support).

I have tried to log into commpiolt to see if you can provision through there but looks like you can only make changes to existing handsets.
Anyone know of a different number that can help me with this issue ???
