4gx wifi modem

I would like to recharge my dongle but I’m worried that I will lose my data after 28days if I haven’t used it all. I signed up for a twelve month account and I paid 150.00.  I ran out of data after I month. Am I doing something wrong?

Can you clarify, did you use up all of your data within the month? Okay thanks I’m pretty sure I had 25GB of data and I used that in about 45 days

You are welcome. In this case you probably have done nothing wrong regarding your plan, just using a lot of data. If you continue to use this amount of data regularly, you may be better off with one of our Home wireless broadband plans. They are monthly but offer better value for regular data use.
