So my last bill was $109. It’s usually $99 if I go over my limit of 2GB and $89 if I don’t go over. Can you please tell me why it’s $10 extra? I definitely didn’t go over my data allowance twice, I have unlimited wifi at home and early use internet when I’m out.

You'll need to give billing a call on 132200 to discuss your account and the reasons for the charges.
