Broadband Top Up

I actioned a boardband top up however it does not seem to have worked any ideas. I have turned off the modem and I never go the email advising the action worked??? I don't want to do it again in case it uses another one?

This does sometimes happen. Particularly if there was a previous order on the system that hadn't finished correctly it will not carry over right. If you have a word with the support team they should be able to manually push it through if it is caught or if it just hasn't activate right will be able to unshape it without using up another one on you.

 

If it is NBN you will need to call 1800TFIBRE (1800 834 273) otherwise for other internet types you can call 133933 or chat here: http://tel.st/livechat/
