I have a phone on the $39 Staff Mobile Cap Plan. I have already had a bill for charges above the cap due to CALLS not DATA. From what I can tell, you can get data usage alerts but not call usage alerts. Why is that? I know I can manually check call usage during the month but I'm intrigued why it happens for one but not the other. Am I missing something?

Thanks for using Crowd Support. This is an option for Pre Paid but not currently post paid as most have unlimited calls. I will pass this on though. Be best to use the app in the meantime sorry.
