Crazy Bills and No Internet

Ok, so recently I've had some crazy bills. I'm talking $200-$300, out of the blue. Telstra claimed I went over my data usage but when I'm at home I'm connected to mums wifi and when I'm out, I rarely use the Internet. Yet I still got these insane bills. Anyway, I finally picked up enough shifts to pay off the whole thing ($421 of it) and they have since reconnected my phone...but only calls and messaging. I can't get access to Internet unless I'm connected to mums wifi. I've tried turning my 4G on and off again but it will not connect? Why have they only connected phone calls and messaging? I've still got about two weeks until my usage for this month ticks over, but I can't access my internet. HELP!!!

It sounds like they have not reconnected your data. You may need to talk with technical support or billing if that is the case.
