If you wish to query the top ups, then you will need to either call 132200 and speak to the Mobiles team, or use Livechat.

 

I would be checking my data usage on my phone first to see what it is indicating. Although using 5GB that rapidly would be impressive.

 

 

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
