Data charges from mobiles with Telstra 365 services
We're currently chasing down a large amount of data being used by numerous users of our company phones.
This includes mine for which I've been closely monitoring the amount of usage it gets with regards to data.
One of the points raised is we used the Telstra provided Microsoft 365 Exchange service for our email system. As I would assume this is hosted in a Telstra DC are we charged for the data during email/contact syncs etc.
