Good evening,
On the 29th of November the operator from the Phillipines confirmed the data for my two phones was going to be 30GB per month for 49$ respectively.
The numbers are as follows
<Removed for Privacy> and <Removed for Privacy>
Please amend the data usage on the application as it shows only 10 GB , I am not going to pay anything extra than what was advised to me so please amend it ASAP.

That can't be actioned via Crowdsupport. You will either need to call 125111 or use https://livechat.telstra.com to get this resolved.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
