Data pack not being applied

I noticed my data usage was almost exhausted, and subsequently applied for more via the 24x7 App. In the past, the data is applied within a few hours. It's now been 2 days, and still not upgraded. My data is now 100+ MB over and still waiting! I have sought help via the 24x7 Chat, but was stuck at position 1 for over 2 hours. Is the new iPhone causing a meltdown at Telstra? Hello, anyone? Smiley Indifferent

Hi McNulty,

 

Sorry to heave of the data pack issues. If live chat is not doing too well, come through to us on 132200 (say accounts and payments) and we can assist. 

Both live chat and phones are 24/7, so yes keep in mind at certain times of the day it can be busier, however sounds like live chat was having a problem there if it was stuck at 1 for so long.

I finally got onto chat tonight (again, waited at position 1 for over an hour. Went from 4 to 1 quickly). There is no record that I requested this data pack according to the chat operator, yet it still tells me a current application is underway (via 24/7 App). The data has still not been applied, so I will be paying the 3c/MB for the rest of the month. Anyway, if anyone else has this issue, the chat operator was able to apply the 6GB pack if I desired.

P.S. Yes, I have attempted to reapply, but receive the old message about an order already being in place...
