Data pack not being applied

The bonus data gifted from Telstra yesterday 22/11, 25 mg . my account now says I have less than 5mgs left. How can that be? Please look into this. Its one thing to say you are giving a bonus to customers then to not follow through, is pretty bad.

It would be best for you to contact Telstra Pre-Paid directly either via Live Chat

Or ring 132200.

 

They'll be able to look at your Account and see what's going on regarding your Bonus 25GB Data.
