Data top up option does not appear in My Account

I have reached my monthly data limit and want to take advantage of the free topup for this month but cannot find this option in My Account.

It should be under the internet service,
If you select it and scroll down to features it will be there...

You cannot activate it yourself if your account is under is showing as having an overdue amount.

Thanks for the prompt reply have now processed a data top up request apparently you have to wait 30 or so minutes

Generally it does go through pretty quick, but with systems it can take a little time to completely process sometimes Smiley Happy
