Either via logging into http://telstra.com/myaccount with an ID that has been associated with your billing account (E.g if you haven't before, log in with the details you used for crowdsupport at the above site. If you don't have your services associated, you should get a welcome screen with an add account button. Click that and fill out the details)
Alternatively you can use the 24x7 app which you can get from the app store (Android or iOS)
