The date that a bill is due to be paid on is not the date that the service period ends.


The service period ends on one day, then the bill is generated about a week later and the bill is due about 2 weeks after that. Then about a week and a half later, you reach the end of the service period (month) and it all starts again.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
