How can I access my data bank? I click on it + nothing. My data just ran out + I couldn't access data bank so I just recharged another $30. Can I access it or is this just a con?

Check if they have an active recharge, as Data Bank can only be accessed during an active recharge period
If they try to access the Data Bank through self-care tools including Telstra 24x7, and don’t have an active recharge, a message will advise them to Recharge to access
