On renewing my plan in April this year. In store I was eligible for an extra 5g of data as part of the Go mobile Swap plan$79. This has not happened as Last bill I went over my data capacity and was charged.
Explain your situation and hopefully they'll be able to see that you should be getting the extra 5GB on your account.
So you've never seen the extra 5GB allowance added on any of your bills since April? If not...I would have contacted Telstra before now if it was me.
