Hi. I need assistance with incorrect International Day Pass data usage showing on my Telstra 24x7 App. Have tried contacting Telstra via Live Chat (not working) and even FaceBook (get intermittent replies from different people, hours apart).
I have Roaming on but Mobile Data turned off. Yet each day I’ve been overseas I get a tiny amount of data usage displaying in my International Usage. This kiss in a $10 charge per day.

Check your location services settings and turn them off or on to GPS only. Location Services can override mobile data settings.
If you wish to discuss the charges, you can call +61 439 125 109 (free call from a Telstra mobile), or if you want to use Livechat, after the first screen loads, click on the 3 dots at top right of browser (settings) and tell it to Request the Desktop Site. Use a browser other than Safari.
