Looking Back at Your Historical Data Usage

I have an account with 5 mobiles.  We were on a shared data bundle and managing things fine. Telstra has now said each service has to choose its own data plan :-(

So now we have to work out what amount of data each service has been historically using.  Online account seems to only show daily use on CURRENT bill.

Is there a way to get monthly data use PER service on a post paid account with multiple mobile services on it?

Because Telstra do not do new contracts with shared data, you can simply continue the same deal off contract as it is now. I do.

Thanks (complications there as I want to move some of the services between BYO phone plans and leasing...)... anyway substantive issue remains which is how do I get historic data per service (mobile)?

Your My Account won't keep previous months of data totals, however, you can make a request for metadata which will give data session information for the previous 6 months. You can find out how to request that information here: https://tel.st/fhdpf
