Twice, via the online chat, I've been told you can restrict data usage.
To quote: "I will help you with the steps please activate it on your mobile it will protect your phone from extra data."
The only thing you can do is restrict the time restrictions.
How the hell does this save me from extra data usage.
(Actually my sons phone, on a $39 Staff Plan.)
All I want is when he hits 100% data usage, NO MORE DATA FOR YOU!
No $10/!G Auto-TopUps, no 90c/MB.
Three times now, via online web chat with 'agents', I was told "No problems. Can be done."
