Mobile Hotspot Problems Netflix

Answered
I used my mobile hotspot to my smart TV to try Netflix for the first time (we don't have home internet) and watched one (1) movie and it used just over 10gb from my databank. WHY? I was told and have read that it us around 1gb per hour to stream.

Re: Mobile Hotspot Problems Netflix

The data used depends on the quality of the video which unless you set the quality manually will automatically adjust to the speed of your connection and the resolution of your. UHD Video uses 7 GB of data per hour, HD uses 3 GB of data per and SD uses 0.7 GB of data per hour.

Links below has instructions for setting quality of video manually.
