Mobile protect

I have mobile protect set up on two of the mobiles on my account and it was working perfectly fine.. up until two days ago. The detailed usage report has stopped showing internet activity on one device. It shows everything leading up to Sunday but nothing afterwards and i know that their has been usage for it to show. Can someone tell me why this would be happening? And possibly how to fix it?
