I am so annoyed..3 times this week my nbn has been down..its making me use more data and costing me money for telstra useless service..we pay all this money each month for a bad service..i wish i could change but no othere service will work in tasmania 😩
NBN is provided by NBN CO a wholly owned government company. Telstra is one of many retail service providers that provide an Internet and or phone service over the NBN network. If Telstra is your RSP have you lodge a fault on 1800 834 273
What colour are the lights on your modem? I find sometimes if you reset the modem it sometimes fixes the problem (it forces the modem to reregister on the network). There is an indented button on the front near the power button, or you can do it through the web interface.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
