Thanks for your post and I am more than happy to assist with your data usage from the NRL App. Firstly, just to confirm, only video content is unmetered through the App, so other content, such as news or radio will count as normal. In saying that, the highest data usage would come from video.
If your APN settings are correct, it is very likely the your data usage is correct - I have not seen any instances of it been incorrectly rated when using the correct settings.
To confirm, how are you viewing your data usage? If you are using the in-built data counter in your device, this will not include unmetered data as this is rated when it reaches our end and is attributed to your data meter. If you're not already, I would recommend checking your usage through the 24x7 App or My Account to get the most accurate view of your usage.
