Please don't post person information like your mobile phone number on Crowdsupport. This is a public forum where it's mainly customers helping other customers and we don't have access to your account. You also don't want every Tom, **bleep** and Harry calling you.

You can contact Telstra either via Live Chat
Or ring 132200 (as long as you aren't on a MX plan).
They'll be able to help you increase your plan.
