Poor customer service

If I wanted to be read standard Telstra policies, I can log on and read them myself on the website. I don’t need them “Parroted” to me by a Phillipines call centre operator. When I make the effort to wait 30 minutes on hold, I expect decent customer service and attempts to problem solve!
