Our shared family data is being gobbled up even when mobile data is switched off and it seems our home internet data is not being used at all even though we’re connected to wifi. Data usage on my account verifies this. I have spent five hours, yesterday and today to Telstra tech support and at the end of my call they told me this is a wider Telstra problem. I have reset my modem, restarted devices, forgot wifi service, etc. nothing seems to be working to stop my devices using shared mobile data even though they’re connected to wifi. It’s nuts! I’m not sure I believe this is a wider Telstra problem. Has anyone else experienced this issue with data usage?
