The extra 25GB data

Have just got this extra data but I will be recharging in 4 days on the basic plan does that mean I will lose it before I even have I chance to use it?

Hi rootreat,

 

If you're on a Pre-Paid offer that has Data Bank, the Bonus 25GB Data would have been put straight into your Data Bank, therefore you won't lose th Bonus 25GB Data. 

 

 

If you're on a Pre-Paid offer that doesn't have Data Bank, you have 28 or 30 day's to use it from when you received it (depending on what your offer's recharge day's are, i.e every 28 or 30 day's).

You can look in your 24/7 App to see the expiry Date of the Bonus 25GB Data. 

 

Regardless of what Pre-Paid offer you are on you must have an Active Recharge to access the Bonus 25GB Data.

On the 19th, i received a message saying that 25gb has been added to my account to use for the next 28 days, once a prepaid plan is active. At the time, i had no prepaid active. Once i recharged, it says that i have no bonus data. Is there a reason for this?

I don't have access to your Account. Was it the 19th of November that you received the text? If so, the 28 day's is up.

 

It would be best for you to contact Telstra Pre-Paid on 132200 (8am- 9pm AEDT) or via Live Chat

They'll be able to look at your Account and see why the Bonus 25GB is not there.
