Could you have possibly used the 25GB Bonus Data already?
I got my 25GB bonus on Saturday but only got the text message from Telstra this afternoon (2 day's later).
You could speak to the Pre-Paid team either via Live Chat
Or ring 132200 if you don't think you've received it even though the text message said you had.
