I am getting messages telling me i have used85% of my data storage. If i have taken a lot of photos, does that get included in my data storage.

Most smartphones these days backup/upload photos and videos you take to a cloud service (e.g icloud or Google photos) which counts towards data usage so taking lots of photos could potentially be the reason

Did you end up working out what was using your data? Depending on your handset there area couple of different ways you can work out what is using your data, so if you can let me know what sort of phone you're using I may be able to point you in the right direction for working this out.
