poor internet speeds

I am appalled by the internet speed in my area recent they have been garbage and everyone in the town that uses telstra has the same complaint. I pay 200$ a month to be able to have unlimited data with my phone as I cannot get home broadband in me area and it not even useable this is absolutely appalling and then I tried to talk to someone online (24/7 chat) was greeted by Codi who is garbage I said why do I have slow internet and it's asking be about my calls and to make calls when they work perfectly fine

You need to say "Mobile Fault" when speaking to Codi via 132200, or ring 125111 direct to get the mobile team.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
