I don't understand why I received a text saying my recharge balance is running low. Online my usage is as follows:
Recharge credit$4.57 remaining Expires 11 Apr 14
CapCredit$194.81 remaining Expires 11 Apr 14
Cap Talk And Textincluded Expires 11 Apr 14
Data CapData235.4MB max remaining Expires 11 Apr 14
Why do I need to recharge yet? I recharge every month so why have I got an alert?

The low credit alert is defaulted to $5 or below main credit balance. Regardless if you have enough bonus or cap credits remaining, if the main balance is low you'd still get the notification.


You can change the set up though to your desired balance alert amount through your MyAccount.
