Following your feedback, we are updating the motion detection in your Outdoor cameras to make them less likely to trigger motion events due to small changes like moving trees and plants. Your camera is being automatically updated over the next two days to take advantage of these changes. If your camera is offline during this time, it will update to the latest firmware once it comes back online.
Now is a good time to check your sensitivity settings (High, Medium or Low) and adjust to suit your needs. We suggest starting on High or Medium and adjusting downwards if you are getting unwanted motion detection. In our testing Medium and Low provided a reduction in events triggered by small movement from trees and plants.
