TV channels did not show properly in Telstra smart velocity

We are using the Telstra Smart Velocity in Keysborough. Recently the TV channels play up. Downstair, we can not receive channel 7, or it does not display pic properly. Upstair, channel 7, 9 and ABC did not work.

Did you try running the tuning process on your TVs again to see if that fixes it?
