Telstra Smart Wi-Fi™ Booster

My fourth Telstra Smart Wi-Fi™ Booster has ceased to work and displayed no lights. After a bit of a play around the light comes on and is now red with no wifi signal. I have tried reset and connected to modem but still unable to have wifi. I am at a loss what to do next....
