Added Foxtel package

Yesterday i upgraded my foxtel subscription....

Received the following email .......

"We're just confirming you recently added

  • TV - Entertainment, Entertainment Plus, Docos, HD

on March 30, 2019 at 04:43 PM to your Foxtel from Telstra package.

Please allow up to 15 minutes for this change to be made available......."

I still CANNOT access any of the newly added channels?!

No it's still not working...Apparently all the channels that are advertised in the HD pack are not available unless you have 1 or more of the other packs! When adding the HD pack it "assumes" you have these packs but does NOT state anywhere that you need them to access the channels and the package "CANNOT" be taken off for at least a month and I will NOT be credited for a package I cannot access.
