We were recently moved to cable modem form ADSL and now we cannot seem to buy any shows on Foxtel. The cable modem is not at a phone point (ADSL modem was pf course) and I cant figure out how the system should now connect to Foxtel to but services, unless it is directly over cable modem. That is not workign so are there some new settings we should have been told about?
HI Daryl, thanks for taking the time to get in touch. The Foxtel IQ box does need to have a connection to a phone outlet as a return path for you to be able to order Pay-Per-View services and other add-ons - the Foxtel Support teams on 131 999 can advise further how this can be set up.
