Cannot redeem my Foxtel now offer

Hi have been bounced back and forth between foxtel and telstra several times now so could you please assist me.

I cannot redeem my 24 month telstra/foxtel subscription.

I had a previous foxtel subscription (through telstra) linked to my email address which is now unused and blocked and cannot redeem my new subscription as it doesn't like my email address.  "That email address doesn’t look right. Try another one."

Can anyone help me?

Yes thanks. I tried phoning telstra again - spent 55 minutes talking to one indian bozo - must have been his first day as I could tell he was just reading off a script as he was just going round and around in circles. He hung up on me in the end.
I rung again and spoke to another indian who was marvellous. he sorted me out within 3 minutes, no joke. He listened to my problem and attempted fixes and his solution was to just put in a non telstra email address and it worked first time. I told him I wish he had answered my call the first time, thanked him and everything is still working fine!
