Hi there, 

i made contact a couple of weeks ago and enquires about Foxtel now that comes as part of my package. I was informed my order is still not complete, I was hoping that you could tell me if my order is any closer to being completed

Not from here, sorry. Nobody has access to the billing systems.

You will need to either call 132200 or try livechat.telstra.com
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
