Does placing a Foxtel order over 24/7 chat incur a cooling off period?
Hi, I've ordered Foxtel with my internet plan over the 24/7 chat program and I have the tracking number but it's been saying pending for around two weeks, does this mean it's in a cooling off period or do I need to remind someone that it's there?
